Don has been active as a sales associate for 33 years. His career started in 1972 in Washington, DC as a commercial real estate agent. In 1989, Don started Virginia Property Group, Inc. and moved to Winchester. He has been active in the community serving as Past President of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors, Past Chairman of the Winchester Parking Authority, and Past Chairman of the Winchester Old Town Development Board.

Currently, he is an elected School Board Member for Frederick County, Vice-Chairman of Frederick County Industrial Development Authority, Board Member of Loudoun Mutual Insurance Company, and Board Member of Winchester Rotary Club. Don is equally at home selling or leasing residential or commercial properties.
